Guess who's back...! #2

Ahem... So I went on a break right after I said I'm back :P
Actually a lotttt happened in the past 2-3 months! My vacations started, went back to my hometown to meet my parents, and then my parents came with me when I returned to my place, went to a beach for the first time!!! So yea this post is gonna be long. I have a lot of explaining to do about my 2nd disappearance ^^"

So let's start from the beginning! After my summer vacations started I went back to my old city to visit my parents and stay with them for about a month. It was all going good until it wasn't.
So to give you some context I had a pretty new phone with a cracked screen and me and my dad went to fix the screen which is quite expensive cuz they had to change the whole display, it was almost like 1/3rd of the price of the phone when I bought. So after changing the display it was all going good and I was using it everyday.
But when we visited my parent's village, everything went south -_-. Me and one of my cousin decided to go to the rice fields which was not a very good idea in summers cuz it rains so much. Me and my cousin were covered in mud and every step we took our legs would just get stuck in the mud TT
We had fun ngl. But while returning I wanted to click a pic of the empty ricefields in the golden hour so I reach for my phone in my pocket and it wasn't there! I went crazy and me and my cousin started looking for it in everywhere in the rice fields. I was so lucky it didn't drown in the water and was just stuck on some mud.
But the damage was already done- The muddy water had entered the phone because it wasn't water proof anymore after the display replacement. And I was soooo stupid, I went home and plugged it in to the charger cuz it didn't have battery- TTTT the screen started flickering as soon as I did and then turned green.
The new display which I had just applied was dead- I took it to the repair shop hoping that its still fixable somehow but the guy declared the display is dead and I have to replace it as soon as I showed it to him TT. AHHHHHHHHHHH I STILL FEEL SO GUILTY FOR IT!!

He also told me if I had not charged my phone while it was still wet it prolly wouldn't have died at all TT ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I STILL THINK ABOUT IT EVERYNIGHT.
Anyways, so he told me the network part of the mother board (where u insert sim) has also gone bad so I can't get network anymore as it won't even detect the sim and the battery is also damaged :> I hate my life.

So, just like any normal person, I started looking for excuses to tell my mom and dad. I told them it was in my pocket and since my leg was getting stuck in the mud and the water was too much in the fields it was reaching till my pocket and my phone was getting wet like that without me noticing XD. Awh man I feel so bad for my dad :<
Welp, what happened, happened. Can't do anything about it now, can we? I just said sorry and they also fell for my fake excuse and didn't scold me much and we lived happily ever after :>...

Lol, I didn't have any phone until the rest of my stay there which is about 3 weeks. Yea, all of that happened in the first week of me coming back T^T. And then the next 3 weeks were the most boring weeks of my life....
Is what I would say if I hadn't bought a first copy of ps4 dualshock 4 controller with wireless + wired connectivity in white variant with the dimensions being 19x13x10cm and weighing around 0.5kg and the wireless operating range of around 5 meters by hg world :P No, I wasn't paid by them to say this. I'm just so happy I bought that controller
Prolly my best buy of 2026. The next 3 weeks were a blast because I grinded Tekken 7, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Devil May Cry 1. Ofcourse you can play these with keyboard and mouse too but these games were made with controller in mind and because of that the gameplay with a controller feels so much more right than keyboard and mouse
